Training Application Form

Riders must sign a waiver releasing ALL parties from liability, bring adequate riding equipment for you and your horse (this includes an approved riding helmet), supply own transportation, (overnight boarding may not be available at all clinics) produce current negative Coggins test for the horse entered into training, submit a $100.00 non-refundable fee to hold your place in the class. Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign waiver. You may also mail in your request for training or call National Mounted Police Services at 239-247-4713.
